I am really new in magical world ... I believe magic. I started knowing about it.. But I have a question.

What is will power?
and
How to increase will power by chanting or saying spells?

Willpower is your "energetic determination" or ability to control yourself, by definition.

You can use positive affirmation to help aid your willpower. You could make a charm, use a mantra to focus your mind and increase your control. Not sure about a specific spell though.

A mantra is a saying you repeat over and over, it is used primarily in trance work. Will is how you direct your energy for casting, your intentions and personal beliefs.

My go to suggestion is lots and lots of meditation, you need focus and patience.

Chanting can help your focus and in raising energy, but will power comes from within you. It is your determination to accomplish a given task. This is not something that can be increased through spells.
