Mental Protection help!!!

Please, I need (mental) protection techniques/spells to protect me from another human wich i cannot escape...

I know one.. though it's a psychic technique...

Visualize an (White for neutral, Pink for people to like you and Black for them to fear you. Though that would be more effective with the evil eye...) energy flowing out of your body as a second skin. The thicker, the better, though you'll use a lot of energy.

Then, visualize that this layer of energy is a mirror. Negative energy bounces back from it. (any kindof negativity)

If you practiced this enough, then you can add a littile feature.

You can also use this to drain energy from people. Just visualize that white energy balls (don't take any other color, okay? Don't be greedy much.) coming out of their body as you walk over them. And these balls of energy are magnetized (is there a term like that? But you get the picture, right?) by your body and let it flow into your body and make it stay there.

And there are a lot of different features you can add. Like, grounding negativen energy to humans while taking life energy from them, poisoning them with your energy...

And you just asked for protection and I said other stuff.
