I need help with what spell i should use or a potion or anything to get rid of eczema. I usually get it around winter time on my hand because my skin dries up since it's pretty cold here up in the north. It looks like a little rash and it's sooo itchy. Reaaallyy need help with finding a spell or anything to get rid of it and be able to use it every time this rash starts appearing. Any suggestions? :)

don't know of any potions. [personally i'd suggest Aloe Gel or a Chamomile cream, but check first] my friend has eczema, she avoids eating margarine because it makes her eczema worse. she also takes vitamin D and E for it. i heard something about fish oil tablets once, but don't quote me.

As with any question of this sort, let us look at both the medical and magical sides, or perhaps a combination of the two.

Firstly, let us take the medical approach.

Eczema is a blanket term for various skin conditions that have a trend in symptoms (oozing, dryness, blisters, itchiness, etc), although these symptoms can differ. In this case, your skin suffers from the itchy, dry side. For itchiness and dryness, you need a thick moisturizing gel/cream/ointment that is not-irritant and soothing- as said above, these properties can be found in both chamomile and aloe vera. Before consulting the magical cases, I'd like to think that you have consulted your doctor and tried various prescribed treatments for eczema like corticosteroids or specific immunosuppressants.

There are little things beside from this that you can do to help with this issue: wear gloves when you're outside and it is cold, apply vaseline to the affected areas, and especially taking care of the soaps or detergents you use and make sure they are suitable for sensitive skin as these can effect the dryness, as they strip the body of it's natural oils.

You also should look into the dietrary elements that could contribute (whether it's help or hindrance) to your eczema- are you allergic to any specific food or food group? Studies suggest various foods that could effect your eczema for the worst could be eggs, coffee, soybeans, nuts, wheat and some dairy products. Of course, this all depends on the individual. On the other side, yoghurt contains probiotics, live organisms that are suggested to help or prevent susceptibility to eczema.

And of course, there are also alternative therapies that you may want to look into.

Now, for the magical approach.

I highly doubt that any magical spell will get rid of your eczema completely alone. Perhaps you may wish to try a success spell, asking for success with the riddance or prevention of your eczema along with medical therapies.

Out of all practices within witchcraft, I think herbalism may be the most beneficial to you. Check out the herbalism forums for tips, or post in there and ask. Stay clear of astringent products, and work with herbs that are soothing, reduce redness, calm irritation, and so on.

I hope this post may be beneficial to you.

hi well the full moon will come soon so you could try this one :"On a full moon, take a mirror and go outside, if you can't then open a window, make sure the moon is reflected on the mirror).

Take a piece of a picture (hair, lips, eyes, whatever you are interested in change), place it on the mirror and concentrate on it and say the following:

"Moonshine, Starlight,
let the wind carry your light,
let your glow cover my body,
and let your shine cover every eye."

Say it 3 times and concentrate on the part that you want to change, then say:

"Moonshine, Starlight,
shape and mold my body,
as a rose is granted beauty,
let me blossom in your light,
the light that brings me beauty,
and grant me beauty three times three"

Say it 3 times

it is good spells trust me i use this one all the time :)

I'll try to pull whatever I've got in my mind in a note of this issue...

Well, Sometimes, all your body needs is the right nutritional balance and proper skin care. Here are some easy things you can start doing today to help you heal your acne. You should notice a difference in about 4 weeks. I know, that isn't immediate however it's worth it !

you may simply apply a honey mask to your face once or twice a week - Honey has antibacterial properties so it is great for disinfecting and healing minor blemishes. It is also gentle on sensitive skin. Also sometimes people forget that they need to Wash twice a day with acne soap . You should wash your face twice a day with a sulfur based soap designed for acne. Once when you first wake up in the morning and then, right before you go to bed at night. Be extremely gentle to your skin when washing - do not scrub or use any sort of rough cloth. Overwashing your skin will actually stimulate your sebaceous glands to produce more sebum, thus increasing your acne. I also recommend you to take a potent multi-vitamin - Acne can be a sign that something is wrong on the inside. Your skin depends on nutrition. It is a vital organ that is usually neglected. If your body is not receiving the right nutrition, it will fight back. One common way it will rebel is to produce excessive sebum, clogging pores, and reducing the ability for your skin to heal and fight bacteria
I believe vitamin A is helpful in that case while carrots are rich of it. Vitamin A strengthens the protective tissue of the skin and actually prevents acne. It helps reduce sebum production. This vitamin is essential for the maintenance and repair of the tissue which the skin and mucous membranes are made of. Vitamin A is also a powerful antioxidant needed to rid your body of toxins.A deficiency in vitamin A can actually cause acn...

On a side and more personal note If you have long hair or bangs, pull your hair off your face. Your hair contains oils as well, and will contribute to your breakouts. You'll also want to wash your hair everyday and after workout. Also remember that leaving makeup products on your skin only contributes to clogging your pores, causing more pimples and blackheads. If you feel you must wear makeup, be sure it is water-based.;)
