Don't know much about ki cause I never really concerned my self with it. But from my understanding it's basically 7 points on a person/on the person's aura that are the main points to where energy/chi for the person is naturally formed. And each ki point is seen as 7 different colours. I've been taught that they are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

Qi basics like how it's created? how it circulates in your body? how to manipulate it?

There's entire systems of medicine devoted to Qi - it's way beyond a simple forum thread unless you want to narrow down your question. For a broad overview, i would suggest reading a book on Chinese medicine. One i heartily recommend on the subject of Qi is The Healing Promise of Qi by Roger Jahnke.

Unbendable arm is a good place to start. It's the most famouse ki exercise.if you're serious about this, study aikido.
