Sensing ghosts?

So I have kind of a problem with my ability of sensing ghosts, spirits, ect. so I'm losing my ability to sense them. I need some way to revive my ability before it disapears. I dont care about seeing or hearing them just being able to feel them. I also need some tricks to know they're there too. I know about cold spots in the room and random chills but thats it.

Help would be awsome!

Maybe you're not using your gift enough. Sometimes when people don't use it enough, it goes dormant. If you want to know if a ghost is around, you can usually feel it. If something is following you, you can get the sense that you're being followed even if you can't see anything and I've heard(although I've never experienced this particular sensation) that the hair on the back of your neck will stand up, even though there is nothing there but, it can also be caused by wind, or just being afraid of something, so don't always rely on that.

Then, you need to use it more. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. You might try to walk around your neighborhood in places where you know people have died and see if you can sense anything. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't perfect at it the first time, but that's always a good place to try. If you go to a funeral anytime soon(I really hope you don't because funerals are sad you might want to test you're senses there.

Awesome, that's great. Keep practicing and your senses should heighten after a while. Also, houses where old ladies/ old men used to live is sometimes a good place to find ghosts. So, if you know a house like that it might be fun to visit, and I'd check out haunted places on the internet. It might be fun and you might find a few places.

Gifts don't go away, they are apart of us. Sometimes we can mentally push them away, but if you use them, don't have a fear of them or deny them, then there is no reason to think they are fading for this reason. However, factors like stress, depression, lack of sleep, and illness can cause gifts to seem like they have faded. This is not always the case, it depends from person to person. When I was pregnant with my daughter, my empathy felt "shut off" for the first and only time in my life. It went back to normal a few days after she was born. It was eight long months of feeling "blind" in a way.

Reflect and consider what is going in your life mentally, emotionally, or biologically that has changed and work through that first. Medications/drugs can effect this as well. Don't fight the symptoms (in this case disappearance of spiritual senses), cure the problem.
