Is it a spirit?

Recently, I've been meditating for consecutive days now. Cause before I'd only do it for once or twice a week. Well, lately I've been noticing that after I've reached this relaxed state, I notice this "presence" of some sort in the room. I can't see it but if I concentrate on it, I tend to see these wavy/transparent/barely visible movements (though I can't see any form). And I've been having this tension of fear and excitement when I'm in the room.

Is this just imagination or something else?
-Thanks.

Yes. When we reach a meditative state we eliminate the clutter of our daily life and are more capable of reaching an opened mind to the spiritual world. Meditation is the first step to astral projection. We are closer to the astral when we meditate.

The wavy air you described is the first stage of clairvoyant sight.

The tension of fear and excitement is your clairsentience picking up the spirit's emotions. Apparently he wants to communicate to you or at the very least, wants you to know he is there and accept him.

meditation is a very good start if you want to see spirits. after a while, you dont need to meditate to get in contact with the spiritworld. When I meditate I see a beige/gray/black siluette standing beside next to me. Sometimes I can see spirits in other rooms, and sometimes I can see their face very clear. And when they try to speek to me, I only hear a light frequency in my ear.
Spirits are using telepathy to make me understand them.
We feel spirits in different ways, you see it as a wavy movement.

Hey, thanks for the info guys.
Well if it's a spirit, should I be afraid? I don't know what a spirit can actually do to me but as much as possible, I wanna try talking with "it." Can someone tell me how?

The first time that happened was when I was meditating, I actually started crying (lol) cause I had this thorough recap of what's been happening in my life, and it wasn't happy. So when I looked up, yeah, those wavy lines/things were around the room.

So is it really that they're trying to talk to me?

That actually sounds like a guide. Guides can bring on thoughts and emotions in us to help us through problems. Someone unaware of their guide's presence will perceive it as their "conscience" or subconscious thoughts and feelings.

From the "fear and excitement" you felt, I wouldn't worry about this particular spirit. Spirits can do very little to harm to you unless you do not protect your body (with an amulet or daily/weekly spell). I prefer to just wear my pentacle (which I charged and set to protect me) 24/7 and take it off only when bathing. As long as you do that, the best a spirit can do is what I like to call "parlor tricks".

As far as I know, spirits tend to seek out to those who are sad.
Because spirits can feel the emotions better than living people. When you die you become much more empathetic and deep. Living people can be very superficial and selfish.
I have a guardianangel/guide who helps me with antagonists for example. The spirit can force an antagonist to move away so you will have peace. It has happened to me 4 times. During difficult periods I have experienced more paranormal activity around me.

for the past 20 years I have been going through levels of seeing movement and eventually some slight form of things around me that talk and answer questions. at first seven years ago there was a lot of noise and glimpse of things. these things tell me what is going to happen in my community and in other places of the world. They also guide me. Am I safe to keep talking to them and are they spirits or possibly something else?

First off as you raise your vibrations you will feel a coldness ..this is your own energy your feeling around you, secondly it could be your guide ..thirdly very early stages of claisentience , prickly feeling on both sides of the head, pressure on your crown, tingling or crawling feeling particularly on the left side of your face (spirit enter through left side ..exits through right, feelings of joy, sadness, illness ect of what the spirit linking to you may of had or what they passed from , images shown in the minds eye..colors, symbols and images of the spirit communicating with oneself .
