Trinket or sticks?

The spell "To Heal a Broken Relationship" requires a trinket or sticks... does anyone know what that is? Has anyone tried this spell? I want to use it on the father of my 3 kids who is extremely stubborn. Any tips?

I don't know where you got this spell, but it is a bad idea. You are trying to influence somebody's own will. In any case, no spell really needs "trinkets and sticks". Try writing a loving letter.
