Energy Help?

I know this may be a stupid question, but I am still a beginner.
Can I get energy from being near water, such as a pool? I have no candles at this moment and I want to work on obtaining energy.

You can draw energy in from your surroundings, not just candles.

Grounding is a common practice before and/or after a ritual or casting, this is when you draw energy from the Earth and can put energy back into it.

I also have a question in case of drawing energy from certain sources is it possible to unconciously draw energy from surrounding n people .And if it does how to notice the conversion of energy.Will it be seen through emotions or mood shifts or on a physical level?Thnks in advance if ur replying to dis post.Blessed be.
