a book recommendation

Hi, I was at my temple library today when I found a book called 'Opening the Heart of Compassion', by Martin Lowenthal and Lar Short. It is a book containing buddhist meditation exercises which cultivate joy and spiritual wellbeing through compassion and promote awareness on how to balance the heart chakra. I posted this here to tell those who may be interested in this book.

Another book I would gladly recommend is "Calling Your Will' although this is written as fiction every bit of information, with an exception or two, is true and has come from the mind of a practitioner himself. I would highly recommend this book because it gives a very good idea of the mind of another practitioner. Thanks! ~K.O.H
