Meditation and working with your chakras increases energy flow within your body as well as connecting your body, mind and soul. The warm glowing feelings are the stimulation and energy within a chakra as it is opening and aligning. Feeling spiritual presences is also common while meditating. The awareness meditation brings does not stop at your own body, mind, and soul. It reaches far further than you can imagine and will allow you to connect with the universe and all within it. Keep working on meditation and working with your chakras.
