How would someone remove negative energy from people? Or a house? I'm currently in my house with my family and there's so much negative emotion and energy that it's suffocating me.
A banishing ritual or some such would do nicely or you could learn to do blessings and concacrations. This will usually get rid of negitive energy and emotions.
My method is doing a herbal bath which is specifically meant for banishing and making a purification from negative energies that surround me.
Read about herbal bathes specifically meant for banishing energy, banishing in general (visualation methods, smudging, rituals, etc) and grounding yourself with positive energies.
The negative energy that comes from them is starting to affect you as well,keep a calm mind and pray it is the most common way,you as a child can't do much there,just keep out of it and let them solve it,you just like I said keep a calm mind and you will be fine...
to cleans your self i would i recomend doing a cleansing bath in salt water. basicly filling the tub with water and and sprinkling some salt. not alot beacuse your not trying to make a brining solution. like a hand full. say any encatation over the water and stating your bath is for the purpose of cleansing then step in and saok. when you feel ready just stand in the middle of the tub and let the water run down the drain completly and visualing all the negative and access energy going with down the drain.
as for the house if you could smudge the place with sage or other herbs hexun mentioned. something i started doing that makes it a little discrete and not look all witchy is add oils with cleansing properties to a spray bottle and dilute it with water and spray the stuff all over my house; furniture, walls on all up in the closets... i prefer using spearmint oil because its fresh and no one complains about minty smell.
