I doubt there is a spell for it, but get hold of some Ladys Mantle (also called alchemil or bears foot).. this made into tea, or blended with tea of choice helps menstrual pains, as well as child-birth.. good luck, :D

Please refrain from using all caps on the forums. I know its only on the chat. But its really annoyin when someone uses caps in a thread with all of their sentences.

What is it about the menstrual cycle that is "driving you insane"? If you are a normal female you should be proud of that cycle. It is the very essence of being female. That each month you produce an egg, and some day, that egg will produce another human being. To some people, that is a miracle; to others, it is magic!

No offense Brysing, but that's kind of insensitive. Now, I do like (maybe even agree, I've never given it much thought) that spiritual view of menstruation, but that's not what what goes through a woman's mind when it happens. If anything, it's when they are the most sensitive and vulnerable. On top of all the things they usually go through, they also need to worry about sex more than any other time. The last thing a woman wants to do is get pregnant without wanting to, which (please correct me if I'm wrong) may be difficult for some women during their period. Some women might even see menstruation as one of the drawbacks to being female.

Well, this is a strange post.

Ferteetee, it is a natural part of life. It will continue to happen to you until you get older. If it's driving you crazy, for some issue or another, then go to the doctors. Birth control can help you or other things depending.

I know it is a pain. Most do. But that's the way of life. :)

Hello ferteetee. There are several things you can do to ease the pain of menstration. One of these is to drink raspberry leaf tea. Also, try holding a pillow to your stomach. It will relieve some of the pain. Also, you may want to try midol (over the counter, can be found in any drug store). Another thing you can do is go for a walk. Your muscles are contracting just like they do while giving birth in order to shed the lining of the uterus. If you exercise, the muscles will relax a bit and give you some relief. I sincerely hope this helps.
