spells for newbes

i need good spells to try and tecniques to help me out with magic please help

A Locating Spell is the first spell I learned. It's fairly simple. Think only of the object you wish to find, and follow your feelings. It's hard at first, but now it just takes me at most 30 seconds to find something. And I was notorious for being unable to find anything. Trust yourself.
