I cant cast a spell

Meditation, visualization, energy control.
There can be more, but I suggest learning these first.

Learn to open and a line your chakras to help you cast better.

Cant cast a spell just like that you know!!..There is more to it!!..First learn the basics sicnar and then apply these to the spells.then you can see how your spellcasting results changes

first as kts said,try working with ur chakras,then move on to advanced meditation , grounding etc..The key point is to learn
more and more!!.Try reading Bucklands complete book of witchcraft
