Pain when concentrating

So I'm new to spellsofmagic.com and I mostly came here because I don't have anyone I can ask questions concerning the craft. I'm kind of hiding the fact that I practice. And even then I don't practice because I have no real knowledge. I want to learn though. However that's not the point of this thread. When I center myself and focus my energy when casting I feel this tension in my shoulder blades and recently I concentrated deeper and I felt tension in my shoulder blades first then it radiated to my deltoids and it escalated from tension to pain and I halted my concentration and I suddenly felt drained. Can anyone help me with this?

From a spiritual perspective, it sounds like you have some emotional baggage that is wieghing on your aura. While it seems discouraging at this point to continue your concentration, my suggestion is to continue to concentrate, but perform a visualization to obsolve or shake off the pain. It may do some good. If you need some help with a visualization exercise, go ahead and send me some mail.

I have had pains like this before, they are sometimes linked to current life dramas that can really affect your body. If this is the case, it would be best to resolve issues that are troubling you.

Because you are hiding, this may be causing tension, which makes for tense shoulders. Do some relaxation, and keep at it. Don't give up. You will learn to be comfortable with your beliefs. Blessed Be...
