3rd Eye Issue

When I last meditated, my 3rd eye had this immense pressure on it, almost as if there were a cork stuck into it. I focused my energies into the area in hopes of eradicating the problem, but i had no such luck.

What do you think is causing this pressure? Is there anything i can do to relieve, or get rid of this pressure?

An over active third eye maybe? Try sending that energy elsewhere, some grounding perhaps?

It has been a month or two since my last meditation (prior to the one i am talking about in the original post), or spell. I wonder if external forces could be causing this?

It is somewhat doubtful. Things like this happen for many reasons. You could have an energy imbalance. The best thing for this would be a chakra balancing or meditation. If you feel it is an outside force causing it, try a cleansing of your body and home.

if none of that works you might want to see a doctor and make sure its not like a tumor or something its prolly not but better safe than sorry

It isn't. Turns out I have been ill. My brother had it just before me. Thank you all for your concern though.

Rub your face in some soup. And eat vicks. Wait! no, eat some soup and rub vicks on your nose.
