Elemental Spells

So, I am more fascinated in Fire spells. But I have yet to succeed in casting one, am I not concentrating enough? Does the spell work? And should I be in a silent place where I can concentrate more?

When I think of fire spells, I really think of manipulating fire with your own energies. It does take a lot of practice and concentration (just like telekinesis), which often requires that you be in a nice comfortable and open space that is quiet. There could be spells to enhance the ability to work with fire in such ways, of which have probably worked for the user.

Should I be meditating or anything of the sort? And, with these spells, assuming they work, could they be to hard for my experience level?

Not that hard. It just takes time. It is a skill that you develop, like making psi balls. Meditation helps you focus your energies and get them to do what you want them to. I highly recommend you meditate before working with fire.
