I am new to this, it's been in the back of my head for a long time, but I've finally decided to research the possibilities. Sadly, I'm having a bit of trouble. The absolute love of my life, longtime boyfriend and best friend, does not and will not accept my beliefs. He has decided that he will never be able to accept it, because of HIS Christian beliefs. I don't know what to do. I don't want to give up on this or love. I don't want to have to choose because I know I'll end up with nothing in the end. If anyone has any advice, please help. But otherwise, I don't want nor need any other comments on other matters. Thank you.

Welcome!

Now, my personal suggestion is to leave him and move on to greener, more accepting pastures.

My magical advice is an age old trick, menstrual blood in the coffee or in the cooking. If you couple that with a honey jar and you'll do just fine, if you wanna keep him around that is.

You must tell him, honestly and sincerely, that you will always respect his beliefs; but he must respect your. Tell him that you will not contradict his Faith; he must do the same to you.
If your boyfriend will not accept this, then really, he is not worthy of you.

Thank you to all who replied to my post! I was able to get acceptance and his full support! His fears were mostly based on older Christian beliefs, and after guided research, I soon reassured him that I was not going to kill his cat in ritual practice. He was also frightened I was going to unleash something terrible into the world, and I assured him that I was unlikely to be using a spell like that for a while. Thank you again, SoM!
