Can anyone tell me what grounding is? and some good excerices?
Or a link to an article about it?:o Im not sure where to find it and I have been looking

In order to concentrate energies in the air around you and to prevent yourself from being overloaded by said energies, you should ground and center yourself before attempting any magical working.
