To make a tea that will calm and relax you.
You need:
- Two teaspoons of dried lavender.
- A tea ball or any other steeping utensil.
- One cup of hot water.
- A mug.
- Honey(optional)
- Fresh mint(optional)

Place the two teaspoons of lavender in the tea ball as your water Is heating. After the water is done heating, steep the lavender for 5-6 minutes. You can add honey for sweetness, and some mint if you like.

I'm not exactly sure. They're often paired together in packaged teas.

Lavender has more healing properties than chamomile. while they both relax a person, chamomile can be dangerous to pregnant woman.
