Astral Projection?

Ok, not too long ago I use to project out of my body. It would happen uncontrolibly. Heres the thing when it happend my body was still moving and I mean MOVING like walking and talking. but I had no control what my body would do and the real me instesd of in the astral realm was still on the physical plan I didn't have a body or anything nobody could see me. By the way these were NOT dreams.

I know what you are talking about. It used to happen to me. I suggest meditation. It took me three years to learn to control it. Good luck.
