Help with a dream please!
By:
I was wondering if someone can help me by telling me what a dream of mine means. I've been having it for a few nights lately, and I'm thinking it might mean something.

In the dream, Im usually in my room, and I pick up a snake off the floor; a small brownish-green tree snake/boa looking one. I walk into my livingroom, but everthing is kinda dark, and I look over to my side to see another snake, but this one is a bright yellow, green-eyed, round headed, and has a skinny neck. I think about picking it up and taking it with me, but I don't due to knowing that I already have the other snake. And then I leave the house and the dream is over.

I would try to figure it out myself, but I'm not really good with dream interpriting. Can anyone help?

Well typically the snake can represent many things however most cultures see it as a symbol for new beginnings due to its shedding skin, the dream may be a sign of an important decision to come where you may make one of (at least) two decisions which would steer you in different directions, to me the fact that it is in your house before you leave ready for the day would strengthen this theory however I'm sure there are many different interpretations.

There are a few different explanations, because i get from your post that you were not afraid of them.

powerful transformational energy , this is due to snakes sheading their skin and they emerge renewed, fresh start/new you (meaning leave your past behind you)

Snakes can also represent healing , this is where the snake entwined around a staff comes from or the caduceus (symbol of medicine) this may symbolize you being emotional/psychologically imbalanced)

They are also a warning that there is a snake in the grass meaning(a traitorous friend who is not sincere when talking to you.

Bright blessings Gin.

Wudang and imstillhere, purely out of interest is the 'dominant' religion in your countries Christianity, I only ask because they are one of the few religions I know of that see snakes as symbols for enemies, although I'm sure there are probably others, it stems from the garden of Eden and the apples where the snake tricks Eve. If it isn't Christianity then would you mind telling me where the symbolism comes from? Again I'm just curios

Yes Christianity is dominant religion in my country. Though Christians don't use dream interpretations, or should I say don't believe in it.
The snake as the enemy comes from witches and gypsys in my country. It's a very old belief.
