Casting spells

I'm relatively new at casting spells and my memory is terrible so is it necessary to have to remember the spell or can you read it from the paper when casting? I want to do a spell a correct but i don't know if the memorizing part is essential.

Spells are not even essential, neither are words, so it is best to do whatever is best for you.

Its not required the memorize spell, the spell will work the same if you read it off a piece of paper.
