I'm not very skilled with magic so i don't want any spells but if they're are any symbols that an protect me during astral projection can you guys tell me. If there is no other choice i will use spells but if there is another way can you please tell me. Thank you much if you help.

While also using forms of energetic protection, I also recommend putting up wards around your home or where you plan on projecting. I always keep protective crystals and charms around me as well, so that's a good idea if you don't already use them.

For physical wards, I like to get crafty and create my own. There are tons of resources online for fun crafting ideas, and whatever you create can be turned into a ward. Where I live it's considered the holiday season right now, so I've created some snowflake decorations that I also use as wards.
you can do it before and take notice to your spirit becoming one with it's self as if your learning it's ability and after you practice it enough you wont even have to do because your spirits attuned with it's protective energy, like learning an art till you begin to master it. Then at times when feel you need different things to be protected upon you can charge it with protection for what you need through meditation or spiritual practices you know work for you. I just make a circle that's a beerier of light that has protection for if the spirit becomes sacred so I have pure energy that's grounded. It's like becoming grounded before you meditate And that sounds like what you mean. Maybe you could look up grounding in reiki healing that's where I learned allot to help me in this area,because in reiki it's good to ground yourself before you meditate.
