how to know a fake

This is for beginners in magick who wish to know which spells on this site they should use and domt want to shuffle through the fakes.

1 when the spell promises to turn you into something like a dragon, fairy, mermaid, vampire, werewolf ect

2 when the spell promises to make you fly or something else that is inhumanly possible.

3 when the spell is nothing more than a simple rhyme ( this is not always the case. I have used some spells that are simple rhymes before and they worked ok but most of them are crap.

4 i wouldnt trust anything in the trick spells section

5 when the spell correspondences dont match up with the spells intention. for instance if you do a money spell that calls for a red candle or a love spell that has to be performed on a Saturday

6 when the creator of the spell has written other spells that clearly dont work

7 when the creator of the spell is in the spell casters coven. This very well might not be the case. A spell could be created from someone in spellcasters and be a perfectly good spell but since its a completely open coven any idiot can join and post fake spells

This is just some tips for beginners who want to try some spells

Also(this also is not always the case) when the creater uses misspellings, punctation, and capitalization.

Sounds sketchy at best. It's mostly a reference to circle casting and then some poorly written poetry. I'm also a little put off by the number of candles being "the more the better" rather than some Venusian number that, you know, has meaning .

If their title is in caps don't even try to decide if it's fake or not. It is.

This is really helpful. I wouldn't know a real spell, from a fake spell. Thanks

The problem here, is that most members on this site wouldn't recognise a spell if it jumped up and bit them!
A spell is a ritual wish, just like a prayer. The difference being that a prayer is "asking" for help from a higher authority. A spell is a do-it-yourself operation.
There are simple spells, and very elaborate and serious spells. Do you want a simple spell?
If you blow out the candles on a cake, and then make a silent wish, you have cast a spell!

I'm 13, I'm considered a kid. I know what a real spell is. Only a kid that has no sense about the occult would make a spell like that! I was in spell casters. I did it so I could share some stuff I've done. Most people in spell casters are there because they can just put fluff spells in there without a person to stop them. They make up a lot of spells on this site. Like I said I know some stuff.

You are right but from what I see this posts don't make people (especially beginners) to understand that spells like "mermaid spell" are fantasy.
