Psi Ball

It seems lately when I try to make my psi ball, I get such a sharp, stabbing pain in between my eyebrows. (right where the third eye would be) Is there anyone who can help me with this? This has never happened to me before.

maybe u got an energy blockade in your 3rd, when it hurts try to focus on it, visualize and feel energy coming through your head and passing through your third eye smashing the blockade, also, rub it with the palm of your hand.
