I've been meditating every night before i fall asleep to help my technique and all, but ever since i got how to do it, no matter how long I meditate for, afterwards, when i try to sleep, i become restless and cannot fall asleep for another few hours. I know meditation is supposed to relax you, but lately i've taken to meditating when i'm almost too tired to sleep, but i still cannot seem to get to sleep afterward. I always ground before and after meditation, and cleanse myself before hand aswell, so what's going on?

It just seems that night time meditaion doesn't work for you, try not meditating at night for awhile to see if you sleep any better.

I suppose, but it is about the only time i find myself able to Meditate, my day being so busy... any suggestions as o how to combat the problem, atleast untill i can sort out another time to do my daily meditation?

Not really, unless you cut down on the amount of time you give to it or just stop it altogether for a few days, the world wont fall apart if you dont do it every single day lol :)

lol, good point, but i just love it, that's why i do it :3 and i always ground before and after meditation... i dont know... XD

Just get out a really boring book and a cup of hot milk/chocolate after it ...boring books always make me fall asleep lol XD
