temperature...

I know this will probably sound as a stupid thing to aks for but...
Does any one of you knows a spell to change your own temperature?
My hands sometimes feel very cold and no matter how much I do to make them warm they don't and other times they are burning... I can put my hands beneath cold water for a while but when I take my hands from under the water they are as hot as before...
The temperature sometimes hurts so it's really inconvenient, sometimes I can't even hold my pen -_-''
I hope that someone can help

Yeah, at times my hands turn cold for no reason what so ever. Just imagine fire in your hands, that will probably keep them warm.

when its cold drink alcohol it thins your blood allowing heat to travel to the extremities even though it lowers the core body temperature. when they turn hot touch a cold part of your body or open a window.

Carrying a flask of alcohol with you is always a good idea,
you can find some excellent flasks here:

I get this too, the cold hands. I can't write for a while after and typing hurts. My hands are cold as I type this, lol. It's due mainly to poor circulation. Even if the weather isn't cold, if I've been sitting on my butt all day my hands will get stiff and cold. You gotta get up and get moving around. Wear socks and other clothing to keep in the heat. Visualization with red/orange/yellow stones helps a bit too.

I always have cold hands and feet (I like the saying "cold hands, warm heart"..heehee). I get those self-activating heat pads (you put them in your gloves or socks) and use them all the time. Helps to keep me toasty.

For typing at the computer, get fingerless gloves. :)

thanks for the tips ^^
I'm not going to carry a flask with alcohol around though...
I'm only 16 and my parents wouldn't apreciate it at all,
I once drank 1 glass of beer and even that had them pissed off so... and I'm sure my school won't appreciate it either ^^
still thanks for the tips ^^
