Herne The Hunter

In English folklore, Herne the Hunter is a ghost associated with Windsor Forest and Great Park in the English county of Berkshire. He is said to wear antlers upon his head, ride a horse, torment cattle, and rattle chains.

He is also a horned god,the god of vegetation, vine, and the wild hunt (If im right)

Indeed. The first mention of Herne in literature is in Shakespeare's play "The Merry Wives of Windsor". But the story is actually much older than that. In folklore, Herne was the huntsmaqn for King Richard II and was killed by a stag while protecting the King.

Much later, mostly during the Victorian era he was mentioned as being a Pagan Deity. Some believe he is another form of Cernunnos, or possibly of Woden. He first shows up in modern Pagan rituals in 1957 where he is seen as a Horned God.
