Beltane ritual

Does anyone know a quick, simple Beltane ritual that I can put up and take down pretty easily?

just cast a circle. it's quick and can be taken down quickly. you could try spending the day outside observing the changing season, and leave some offerings somewhere. was there something particular you had in mind?
