focus

I have been trying to astral project for a while now with no success. This is mainly because I have trouble concentrating and focusing. When I manage to somewhat clear my mind, it fills up with song lyrics :/
Are there any tips you guys could suggest to help me focus?

Try visualising a garbage can and visualise all your distractions are filling that can then visualise you are sending that can in a void. And then all your distraction gone with that.
