-Nods- Cats are odd. There are many reason's why. One it maybe the cat saying"Finally you stop and relax." Another might be a possible familiar. Or the cat likes the position you are in to lay on you. Also might want attention. Like they do when you are on the computer.

Animal's have better energy sensing then human's. If your cat did that, maybe your energy was attracting it. Or it want's affection.

Cats are wonderful creatures. They are often very silly, too. Your cat may be begging for attention like mine do when I get preoccupied and am not paying enough attention to them. But also, animals such as cats and dogs may very well have a much deeper spiritual connection than us and can percieve things that we cannot. The ultimate goal of meditation is to attain the highest level of conscienceness as possible and to increase ones level of understanding of spiritual truths. Cats are very spiritual beings. Think back to ancient Egyptian times and remember that very early on cats were being recognized as spiritual creatures; there were cat gods and the domesticated cat was not only a pet, but a symbol of those gods and were considered connections from the spiritual world to the physical world.

Cats are attracted to magick and any form of energy work. They are one of the few creatures that can walk in and out of a closed circle without interrupting the spell or breaking the circle.
