Emptiness in Chest

Hi, for a few years now i have had this void/emptiness in my chest i don't know what it is, i have been doing my research and it's not a chakra blockage, emotional damage and im pretty sure its not a physical/psychological problem, the void thing seems to amplify my anxiety and fears ten fold and it makes me feel really bad constantly, its so bad it stops me from reacting normally in public. this void also comes with a strange energy of its own, it radiates from it, can anyone provide light on what this could be?

It sounds like a panic attack or something along those lines. Reconsider the whole psychological thing, as what you're describing is essentially that from an obscure, new-agey perspective.

its not, its constantly disturbing me its not just on occasion,even when alone and in good situations, although it may be psychological im just trying to find an answer and i believe that what i have isnt psychological

Anxiety/panic attacks can be sustained. Anxiety will feel like that and can quite possibly linger.
