I think Amber K, reading one of her books, got me to start zapping my food and drinks metaphysically clean with my mind, so when I eat my food it is spiritually free of anything impure. I can do it to other people's food, and zap it with anything of my liking.

If anything, I think I started reading one of her books and that is what she taught me, but it evolved. Funny how that works.
