is it possible that i can point my wand at someone and chant a spell then they will do exactly as i chanted after.

Nope, that isn't going to work. This isn't Harry Potter where one waves a wand and says a few words and magic happens. Magic much more subtle than that.

A wand is a magical tool used for focusing energy. I believe you need to learned how it works. Blessings...

Im afraid thats not how magic works. It works in more natural and subtly ways. Depending on what you want the person to do you may be able to find a way. Inbox me if you are asking as you have a specific thing wanted done in mind, I may be able to help. But the usual case is no, You cannot control people. They have free will, You cant change that. The deities may be able to, But they will again in a subtly and more friendly way. Hope this helped :)
