Specific Ban Spell Needed

Does anybody know of a spell that can ban/not allow a person from a certain area? I want to ban a guy I absolutely hate (I've also been cursing him with bad luck everyday) from my street, another street and places I hang out at. So any spells like that? Thank you in advance.

I wouldn't try banning him from any specific places, that's excessive work you don't need to do just to avoid him.
I would actually vouch for a simple protection spell to keep him away from you, personally. While he won't feel compelled to avoid certain areas, he will feel compelled to avoid you and where you are at any given time.
This will save time and energy, I assure you.

The thing is I'm not wanting him away from just me. I have a couple friends who I want to protect as well. That's why I want to ban this guy from not only my street but from my friends' streets as well.

Perhaps you could make a protection talisman keychain or something similar that is small which you could clip to their backpack, purse, etc. that they wouldn't notice or have a problem with.

This way he would stay away from the vicinity of the talisman and it would keep him away from your friends.

There is no single answer to this. Different practitioners from different traditions and religions will come to different ethical conclusions. I feel that it is not only allowable, but demanded. You are a special and sacred being worthy of fighting for. I do advise using as little magickal violence as possible - try simply blocking their attacks first - but if your options end up being "be attacked" or "fight back" I say you cast something right back at them.

Amulets and Talismans are good ingredients for protection. Amulets are specifically and especially used for protections, this is specifically what they serve. It could be a ring, gem, plant, or any other item (sometimes even a word or phrase) but the most well known is a pendant. When making one, you cleanse the item and charge it to protect you from harm. A talisman is an object that is charged with your energies upon any specific purpose, whatever you will, designed for a particular purpose. It could be charged with your own energy, that of the earth, moon, another practitioner, even a powerful entity. Make sure that the way you do this suits the purpose you are going to set it with.
