What would one do if they had at least limited success with something that others consider impossible. I am a firm believer in pushing the boundaries but I don't want to get labelled fluffy. I also believe in documenting my successes. Any suggestions.

If you are talking about spells turning you into things and stuff like that we know it isn't possible because we have the experience of working with magic to prove the possible and impossible to us.A lot of the people on this site have the years of experience and enough trial and error to know what is and is not going to happen with magic.

If you want to try it for yourself go ahead just don't be surprised when it doesn't work.

Not so much referring to physical alteration of the genetic structure. As I am the animation of inanimate objects. Whether through spirit manipulation. Or a really strong egregor. Basically enhancing the energy in an object and imbuing it with an artificial intelligence of sorts. To create the illusion of life. As far as shifting and altering the body. While it would be cool. It would also be highly dangerous. And I am not sure it can be done. Have not yet trained my mind to achieve 100% belief yet. Working on that though.

Would also like to say that I have been practicing for most of my life. But I ended up putting it on the back burner when I got married. After the passing of my daughter I tried to get back to it. But for the wrong reasons. Now I that I am putting my life back together I am now trying to relearned everything again. But it is slowly come back. And for me it has always been about the thrill of discovery. I don't blatently ignore all of you when you say something cant be done. But I must try. Not sure if people understand that or not. I listen but must learn my own limits.

depends on what you're talking about. some people refuse to believe in pyrokenisis, while others swear it cane be done. myself, if i focus well enough i can control a small flame, but i don't consider that pyrokenisis, just something that's all in my head.

anyway, it's good you document your results, good or bad, that'll help you. don't go around arguing your point, if you say pyrokenisis is real and someone says no and calls you a fluff, just say 'that's one persons opinion' and leave it at that. don't go off on a rant demanding you be taken seriously. for the most part, things that are grey area's like types of kenisis are given a pass. if you're trying to prove to people you're a shape shifting werewolf, then you'll be labeled fluff. but if you start one forum and nicely explain what you do and if anyone could help you, you won't be labeled fluff. it's when you're arrogant and hardheaded and refuse to listen to anyone else that you'll be labeled one.
