chakras

hi I have several questions. my mother has had a problems so I resorted to balancing her chakras in meditation with her. she told me that she saw her 1st an 2nd chakras black no color she just felt it move around the other 3 where fine but the really questioning thing is this her third eye and crown chakras are white completely and oderly white. she says " I just see a white ray of light" what can both things mean. the white lights in the third eye and crown mean and the blackness in the 1st and 2nd mean. please and thank u
