Colors

So, just out of curiosity, what do colors symbolize in magick? Like which color can symbolize which, i've seen a few instances where only a specific-colored item or energy should be visualized or seen, so I was just wondering. Thanks to anyone that replies.

read the article of course. but colour, typically goes with certain spells. black for curses, white for protection, green for luck, red for love so on. what i have always liked is a long time ago purple was a very hard hue to create, so it was associated with the divine and mystical/magical things.
