my studies pt. 2

I am going to write a piece on a version in my opinion of what the lowest level astral plane is

The lowest astral plane according to some called "hell" or an astral cemetary which is referred to as a subdivision of our current plane that we are on right now it looks the same only there is an ether look in the air which i have seen in my dreams as a dense fog all around

there are inhabitants in this subdivision where there are astral "shells" so to say that there are people but they have no consciousness they are essentially husks of what used to be a human walking around in a daze.
To these entities they believe they are actually blended and one with the lowest of earthly life for example: drugs, gamblings, addictions but they cannot participate in any of these activities so therefore they must sit there and watch and be tormented by their desires that they once had on this plane.

Although that some entities may have such desires which torment them some of these lowly examples of earthly life do disgust some entities to a point of pushing it in the opposite direction
and it may be possible for the entity to leave such a place because lets take the idea of "hell" it is a place where you hear about being burned forever and ever where in my studies the burning is actually your own flesh desires and this plane serves as a purgatory that you are stuck in until your desires are "burned out" so to say

be well.

wise, i think you might be confusing hell with purgatory. The entities in hell are not "shells" of what they used to be. They have consciousness and can act on their own to their own desires. Hell is a dimension that is home for of course demons and people who choose to be there. I don't follow the Christian belief that if your evil you go to hell. I for one am quite comfortable there. Purgatory on the other hand is more like the Christian version of hell. It is where the damned go.

In what i found purgatory was the term used for the illistration purpose but to make it understandable to most who are familiar with "hell" i used this in my thread i thank you for your correction i was simply using hell as a relevant place people can identify with with the "burning forever and ever" story that most are familiar with

Hell is a place of layers, from what I have found. In some concepts it is simply a place where sinners sleep until they are ready for heaven, and in some cases it is also a place of torment.

To my experience, it is closer to a self-inflicted torment, where the mad are watched over in some cases. In some cases, it is those who seek penance, unable to come to terms with the nature of themselves on one level or another.

The husks you speak of... well, while certainly possessing a lower energy, they can be found throughout the astral, generally only turned away from higher planes.

Purgatory is not the Christian hell.
Hell is the Christian hell.
Purgatory is similar in a sense that souls are punished, but this is a temporary punishment. The Catholic Purgatory is defined as the condition or process of a temporary punishment to those who have died in grace, but not quite suiting what is needed for heaven. Awake mentions a form of hell where a soul sleeps until they are ready for heaven, this is what you'd call purgatory in my opinion. Hell itself is more for those of eternal residence. I suppose one could see Purgatory as a place in hell, but definitely not the whole thing.

I am fully aware now thanks to everyones comments that in my thread i was speaking of "Hell" i used it to illistrate the point of the "burning forever and ever" story told by the christian church however for clarification this thread is talking about purgatory in which a spirit goes and is tortured by the persons desires that they had in their lifetime e.g drugs addictions, and so forth where it blends in with our reality or plane and the spirit is tormented with watching what he/she had as a desire or addiction in their lifetime. and what i found is that their desires are "burned out" meaning that they lose desire for what they once had and therefore could move onto a different plane of existance i hope this clears up the confusion

be well
