Contact from past life?
By:
I've recently received contact from the spirit of a man from a past life of mine. Who ever he is he makes me feel calm and relaxed but he needs my help and I have no way of speaking with him. Can anyone give me any tips on how to speak with him? I feel it is very important that I do.

I'd suggest using similar techniques for speaking with ancestors. Perhaps set up a small shrine with a candle, glass of water and something that reminds you of this spirit, he might give you impressions of what sorts of things he'd like. Use divination tools to actually communicate with the spirit; pendulum is probably the most simple and you can ask simple yes or no questions.

I agree with Greystag. You should use pendulums for the easiest of questions. If you want to maybe use a Ouija Board. But be careful with those, if you get in contact with anyone else other than the spirit you were meaning to communicate with bless the board with some sage.

How did you contact them if you do not know how to do so? o.O

You could use the above suggestions of a spirit board or pendulum. Also meditation can be utilized to speak with spirits.

When I desired to increase my ability to connect with spirits, I meditated with a quartz crystal ball. For me it was just q matter of hearing them more clearly. Not sure if it will help if you do not already have a means of communication.

Wow, that's great! I would cast a circle, and settle down comfortably with a pad of paper and a pen, and use automatic writing. Good luck!
