biokinesis

so I'm still new to spells and casting and the different forms of it but I came by this thing called Biokinesis what is that because it sparked my interest and I was wondering if anyone has any experience on it like what it is how to practice it stuff like that

You'll find that most things on here labeled "kinesis" are purely fantasy.
