Just wondering if White Witches can blow on a candle and make a flame appear?

Simply putting it, no. I suggest you research more what is physically possible while using magic and what magic really is. Setting a candle on fire with your breath is definitely not possible.

No, witches cannot do such things. These things are fictional and are potrayed on movies, etc. for entertainment basis. Magick is working with the energies of the universe and it abides by its laws and limitations of reality.

saw that in Practical Magic, looks cool, would save some time i suppose. personally i want to stir tea with my will, i could work on something else while my tea stirs lol.

unfortunately the answer is a no, no Witch can make fire appear by simply blowing on the wick. while it's a good movie, there are some elements that was thrown in to entertain. [tea stirring, blowing on a candle and it lights, bringing someone back from the dead] the real magick in the movie would be the curse, [theoretically] the true love spell Sally casts with the flowers [minus the petals floating into the air] her herbal shop where she sold lotions, shampoo, and brews for different aliments, and the banishing where they made a brew and said a chant. [again, the spirit turning to dust was made to entertain]

point is, magick is more spiritual, dealing with forces, not physical, creating things from nothing.
