Well, there's no real spell for that, that I know of...however you could try going to a healer, I'm one, not sure if I could help with that though...

Have you tried a tea tree oil treatment for your scalp. It won't hurt to try.

If you have had it checked out as in a skin scraping done to make sure it is psoriasis and not something fungal then

Firstly meditation, psoriasis is exacerbated by stress. Feeling miserable will only help to make things worse.

Secondly Dead sea salt. Make sure you buy it from a good retailer as many just sell salt that has been dyed. If you taste it and it tastes like table salt it is not dead sea salt. Dead sea salt is highly unpalatable and has a bitter / matalic taste to it.

This can be rubbed into the scalp with a little water and over time will improve the symptoms of psoriasis. It is not a cure as there isn't one, you will still have a flare up from time to time but when you do this will take it down to a manageable level. It is 'not' just an exfoliant removing the dry and dead skin but will help in keeping it under control.
