Get back deleted messages

Hey, I was just curious if you could get back deleted messages on this site. On my old account WiccaRain (which I don't use since it won't let me use mail but I don't think I was gagged) anyways on that account, I accidentally deleted some important messages. Is there anyway to refresh them of bring them back

I really don't know but I do know that you can't get old ones easily on a current account but I don't know abou the old one...

Well, my old account is working again (obviously) so maybe Ivan get some of my old messages back, if anyone can help me.

Sorry, but once a message is deleted it is gone forever.
