If it was a tingly feeling throughout your body, you are simply relaxed enough that you can feel your own chi, or life force, or vitality. Others call this energy, and it is universal. It's a sign that you are all well and healthy. If you explore this further over time, you will find that you can manipulate this energy, and use it for grounding and centering yourself, and much more in the future :)

This could also have been a sign that you were starting to astral project. The feeling of vibration is a common sign of this.

This could be the opening of the chakra. This is a conscious doorway to the lucid dream state, or astral projection.

It could also be Kundalini Rise it usually rises as a result of different events or processes. First, and most likely, is the strengthening of the subtle energy system.

Everyone has their own individual energy vibration. The faster the energy the faster the vibration. It could also come along with tingling in your hands and the sound off a hissing, like a snake.

When I get to something like this, I have the urge to roll over. Is this normal? And the feeling gets really intense.

What you're feeling is normal in intense meditation. Don't worry. Just keep going. :) It's just your perception shifting.

Shawn.
