Hello everyone, I am new to this site, and I was wondering if someone could recommend a basic spell, or a book. And I truly believe that all this works, but would someone new (who has done a spell) tell me if it actually happens.
Before casting a spell, you must learn the basics. Otherwise it will Not Work.
No one can prove to you that this all works, its apart of beliefs. If you're skeptical, come back when you have confidence in it.
The basics can be found through Google or another search engine, if they are difficult to find,
add 'magick, pagan, occult, wicca' ect to the search.
The basics are as follows:
Shielding
Grounding
Centering
Circle Casting
Meditation
Colors and their meanings
Moon Phases and their meanings
Days and their meanings
Hours and their meanings
Herbs and magick Tools (Stones, wands, altars, ect)
Visualization
Energy Manipulation
Astral Projection and the Planes of Existence
Charms and Chakras
Elements
Astrology
Aswell as your signs and spiritual attachments, Zodiac and elements,
totems, ect. Which can depend on your birthdate, and others require spiritual
guidance through meditation or dreaming. Communication with your spririt guide(s)
can also help you on your experience.
To run down the basics, If you want to learn how to write, or properly cast spells
YOU NEED TO LEARN THESE. There is short cut to truely participating in this practice
without this essential knowledge. You study until you have these memorized, and you may
forget a few along the way. As long as you keep practicing, is as long as you will remember.
I am new too and I would suggest Wicca for beginners by thea sabin. Its mainly about Wicca, but it also has a lot of useful things about grounding and shielding. Hope this helps!
You can also go to book stores and buy all kinds of magick books, like books on dream magick, gem stones, reading runes, reading tarot and spells.
A real good shop for books like that is "black bond books" I got my "Dream magic" book there aswell as my "Tarot reading" book, most times books, hold more info on things like this then websites. Also you'll need your own inner power to make anything work for you.
