Why? Anyone who have studied at least briefly and properly would be naturally able to tell . This would only be benficial to people who are very new and they shouldn't be trying to attempting spells in the first place yet.

Anyway , why did you stop replying to your anmerism thread? There are still questions that are waiting to be answered over there :(

on this site or in general? both don't seem wise to me. if someone's young, inexperienced, and desperate, they're looking for your most powerful spells. i put a warning on my Book of Curses, but that's it, i don't put little * next the the powerful ones.

online though, maybe if someones ranked novice, but that too is flawed because this ranking system doesn't work in actual practice, so someone ranked beginner could really be knowledgeable but has yet to be ranked so, and a person ranked knowledgeable could just be friends with someone in authority, but really be fluff [not saying that's the case, just making a point.]

I imagine it would end up about as successful as implementing speed limits - those responsible enough to read and believe the warning are responsible enough that they wouldn't have tried something this stupid anyway, and those foolish enough that they need to be told are too foolish to listen.
