Reincarnation and Gods

Do you think that gods can reincarnate to earth? I mean like can any Greek god just reincarnate to live as a human? If yes, why do you think so. If no, why not? I'm open to all answers thanks!

If I am not mistaken, there are religions that believe their deities are reincarnated into human bodies.

I personally think its possible.

A god is called a god for a reason, so if one wanted to be reincarnated they probably could. Reincarnation could also be referred to as a form of immortality especially if one remembered their past lives, so who knows the gods could be reincarnated, if you believe in them.

Interesting concept.

I suppose, if you believe in those Gods, it is a possibility. They are supposedly able to do anything, yes? So reincarnating or living as a human seems like something they could do.

If I'm not mistaken, it's common in some eastern mythology for Gods to do that. And in Greek mythology, there are several stories of Gods or Goddesses taking human form an staying that way for awhile.

How can a god reincarnate? They would not be gods if they could be killed! No, they can incarnate (sp?), as some will say Christ did, and Hermes (if you believe in that stuff). Personal belief? A god can do whatever the heck it wants.

If human beings can reincarnate, then you think Gods would be able to do so as well. Some believe you can be reincarnated to another form, such as from human to plant/animal. If that is truly possible, then a god could come back as a person.

I believe you are actually referring to the Grigori, angels known as the Watchers, who mated with female humans and shortly after were banished from Heaven and produced the Nephilim as offspring. Completely different things. Actually, I don't think I've ever heard someone claim that the Nephilim were Greek Gods. You might wish to go read the Book of Enoch.

Here's a link for you.
