really weird rock or egg

okay about 3 years ago when i was swimming in lake MI my leg bumped against this egg shaped rock, i picked it up and looked at it but nothing unusal except it was a bit on the light side. I dropped it then about 10min later and about 3 meters away in the opposite direction of the current it bumped against my leg again only this time it left a mark. I figured something weird or maybe just luck was happening so i brought it home.anyways here is the weird bit... in hot water submerged for 15min if you lean really close you can hear a melody. Now i know some times air pockets in rocks can create 'tunes' but the thing is this rock plays 'greenselves'perfectpitch...If i put it in colder water it turns blue any guesses? at the moment i'mstoring under my bed.... but its gotta be the weirdest rock ever...or could it be some kind ofmystical egg?

It sounds cool, but I haven't heard of anything like this other then in fantasy books. If I remember correctly there was a book (or maybe a movie?) in which the egg happened to be either a dragon egg or some kind of sea serpent egg. Can't remember which. I guess I should have paid better attention.

np, and it does sound alittle like that, although without seeing the rock/egg it might be tough

look up sea creatures and mabey mythical seacreatures. if it had some kind of melody then possibly look up sirens they might sing melodies.try seeing if u can contact a scientist and see if they can study it.they will tell u wat it is.
